Sandals are sent by UPS courier. Shortly before shipment, you will be sent a link and an access code to allow you to trace the progress of your delivery.
When we receive your order and payment has been confirmed, your sandals will be made within 12 to 15 working days, after which they will be dispatched. Delivery times vary according to the country of destination. In Italy 3 to 4 working days are usually necessary.
Policy for returns and cancellations
The sandals sold on sandalocaprese.it are made exclusively to order, and it is therefore not possible to cancel or return an order for any reason other than an error in the indication of the order and therefore in production.
We recommend therefore that you are absolutely certain of your order, checking the colours and model, and above all the effective size of your foot by using the downloadable PDF outlines that you can find in the “Guide to choosing your sandals” section.
If the size of the footwear you receive is not the same as the size you ordered, the product will be changed at our expense. If instead the size received is the same as the size ordered but the sandals are too large or small, you must make another order.If however we make mistakes in the model, size, colour or heel, we will make another pair and ship them to you entirely free of charge.
In this case, you must return the goods to the sender, but without paying any shipment costs. Simple receipt of your returned goods will be sufficient for us to repeat your order, but if you could give us advance notice of any returns we would be very grateful.
If your shipment should unfortunately reach you damaged or already opened, please do not accept it. All our shipments are insured, and we will be able to rapidly send you a replacement order. We invite you to contact us immediately to inform us of any such damaged or opened shipments.
